Return Process

  Ensure the products remain in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging to comply with food safety regulations, and place them securely in a shipping box.

  Ship to Spice Village

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our quality control center.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
